By using Digital Card ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided by the organization or individual who deployed it ("the operator").
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use this app. The app is intended for adults only and is not directed to children. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Access may require operator approval, and the operator may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes or to store data you have no right to store.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service.
- Access or share other users' private data without authorization.
- Publish, via a public card, content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing.
Your content
You retain ownership of the cards, images, and records you add. You grant the operator only the limited rights needed to store and display that content to you and to the people you choose to share it with. You are responsible for having the right to store the contact details you upload.
Availability and warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
